SYG-2700 is high performance silicone grease based on special heat resistant ingredients and additive package. Grease is suitable for long term or lifetime lubrication of plain, ball and roller bearing operating at normal to medium loads under high temperature conditions. it is non-ageing and structurally very suitable grease in NLGI consistency No. 2 range it is resistant to hot and cold water and mild presence of alkaline or acid atmosphere. It also protects against corrosion and wear; it is pump able through centralized lubrication systems.
It is pressure resistant and the NS-G version has very good load carrying capacity. Since it is not conductive, it does not increase electrical current flow and is often applied to electrical connectors that contain rubber gaskets as a means of providing a non-conductive sealer and lubricant for the connector’s rubber parts. It is completely EPDM-compatible. SYG-2700 is capable of withstanding high temperature in the range of 220⁰C on continuous operation. It performs excellently at Dm.n factors upped 100,000 and satisfactorily at Dm.n factors
up to 200,000.
