• Material Composition: Available in non-metallic and metallic options, with the metallic variant reinforced with steel wire gauze insertion (minimum 18 mesh x 30 gauge) and supplied with a smooth anti-stick graphite finish.

   

• Temperature Resistance: Capable of withstanding maximum continuous service temperatures up to 550°C (non-metallic) and 600°C (metallic).

   

• Pressure Handling: Suitable for maximum pressures of 15 MPa (non-metallic) and 16 MPa (metallic).

   

Applications:

Ideal for use in superheated steam systems, boiler applications, air separation units, petroleum distillates, oil refineries, diesel generators, marine engines, and more. It effectively seals against superheated steam, vacuum, hydrocarbons, gases, solvents, alcohols, and dyes.
